The D-LINK DPE-500-E is a long distance PoE splitter, it can achieve long distance data
transmission of 500 meters (100Mbps) and 800 meters (10Mbps).
Power over Ethernet
One RJ45 (PD) data port of DPE-500-E support IEEE802.3af standard input, the other
RJ45 data port and DC power output port (12V/1A) connect to IP camera, no
configuration, plug and play.

With DPE-500-E, D-LINK DES-F1016P-HE Switch can cater distance up to 500 meter for
the port count 9 to 16.
